1. LOADING PORT: Santos, Paranagua or Recife | BRAZIL;
2. FIRST SHIPMENT: 30-45-60 days after operative financial instrument;
3. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY: 12,500 MT (SPOT);
4. MAXIMUM QUANTITY: 3,600,000 MT CONTRACT by 12 months;
5. MAXIMUM SPECIAL: ** CONTRACT 600,000 MT for 12 months
1. TERMS OF DELIVERY: CIF ASWP.
2. ORIGIN : BRAZIL for Large Quantities
3. PACKING: 50kgs polyethylene bags
4. PERFORMANCE BOND: 2% (applies only for 12 months of the contract)
5. INSPECTION: Inspection by SGS at loading port.
6. POP: The seller sends proof of products according to procedures | POP: (only) bank to bank via SWIFT

OUR END SELLER'S INFORMATION SHARING TO END BUYERS and AUTHORIZED MANDATE | INTERMEDIARY :
1. End seller will not provide documents issued (B/L or SGS or Proforma Invoice or POP) as proof of previous dealings.
2. All relevant and final documentations are issued by the bank of the seller to the buyer's bank.
3. We do not send any samples to the buyer.
4. The buyer must adhere to the Seller's Procedure.follow the procedures and the seller. The seller will not change its procedures.
5. End Seller does not allow OVER PRICING.
6. Workable commission Fee for every deal is limited only to US$ 2 per MT. There is only one person to represent and act as Buyer's Mandate ond/or INTERMEDIARY.

OUR END SELLERS KINDLY REQUEST THAT WE together with our INTERMEDIARY and END BUYERS STRICTLY ADHERE to the following WORK PROCEDURE as below to ensure that all CONCERNED PARTIES will work on a MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL ADVANTAGE and be able to REALIZE REAL and GENUINE BUSINESS. And that our respective time and efforts are not wasted

FORM | TEMPLATES are downloadable for every END BUYERS | INTERMEDIARY's USE or you may use your own format if you have one.
1. Buyer issues LOI with the LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING AND AGREEMENT
2. The seller sends the SCO (personalized to the End buyer);
3. Buyer returns the SCO signed and sealed with ICPO + BCL or RWA NCNDA + / + IMFPA + copy of the buyer's passport;
4. Seller issues FCO;
5. Buyer signs, seals and returns the FCO;
6. Seller issues draft contract;
7. Buyer signs, stamps the draft contract and sends via email in Word format;
8. Seller issues the pro forma invoice and electronic contract;
9. Buyer issues non-operative document financial instruments within five days (05) bank, as agreed in the contract to the seller's bank.
10. Seller will ship within five days (05) banking copies duly signed and sealed. Buyer duly signs and seals all copies and returns back and Seller bank issues POP and PB (2%) of the value to the buyer's bank to activate the financial instruments;
11. Shipments begin agreed within 30 to 45 days after the financial instruments are opened from the buyer's bank to seller bank.

IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION for ALL in this BUSINESS :
This is very important for anyone involved in the commodities industry on the new measure with respect to buyers and sellers of commodities transactions, from now on, if an ICPO, LOI, RWA, or BCL is issued and the product is not real, buyer inform the FBI, ICC and INTERPOL. Furthermore, after a FCO is sent to the end buyer, the end buyer must send a formal response or feedback to the seller.
If there is no response from the end buyer in a timely manner, the buying company will be reported to, FBI and Interpol ICC.
The same case applies to the end seller. They too will also be reported for abuse of NCND, LOI, ICPO and BCL or RWA, because this is a federal crime.
This has been strictly enforced to prevent or exclude all intruders who send out false information. Those who provide false information via FCO , NCND / IMFPA, LOI, ICPO, RWA or BCL, as well as offering, FAKE PRODUCTS, end seller too will BE LIABLE of committing an international crime.
This came into effect on November 15, 2008, after a meeting was held between the Federal Reserve, the European Central Bank, Interpol, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Central Intelligence Agency.
The reason for this measure is to protect the commodity sector, which is a fundamental part of the world economy.
Therefore, end seller | end buyer and together with their representatives and mandates must adhere to the proper procedures and must only share GENUINE PRODUCTS and INFORMATIONS!
